General Information
Parsi Pediatrics is located at 9819 Huebner Rd, Bldg 2 in San Antonio, TX 78240. We are located between the cross streets of USAA and Southwell. Click here to see a map of our location.
Parsi Pediatrics is open Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Yes. Parsi Pediatrics utilizes an after-hours answering service. Call the main office number at 210-561-1551 and an operator will be able to answer your questions. In the even you would like to speak to the provider on call, they will contact the provider on your behalf and return your call.
Once, our office received a Medical Record Release Form from the new pediatric office, we will send medical records within 15 business days from the receipt date.
Please bring all school forms to the next appointment (including asthma action plan, physical forms, allergy action plan, medication form, healthcare provider clearance form, etc.). In the event your child does not have an appointment, you may contact Parsi Pediatrics at 210-561-1551 to arrange for one of our providers to complete the requested paperwork. We do request at least 3 business days to complete it, and it is subject to an additional fee.
Parsi Pediatrics provides your child’s vaccine record on the patient portal. Please request paper copies during your child’s appointments. If you would like to request a copy outside of your child’s appointment, it is subject to a fee and may be picked up, faxed, or mailed to the address on file.

Appointments
Parsi Pediatrics encourages patients to call and schedule a same day appointment. In the event you choose to walk in, there is a possible wait time of up to 3 hours and an additional walk-in fee.
Once baby is discharged from the hospital, contact our office to schedule an appointment. Generally, our providers prefer to see newborns 5 to 7 days after birth.
Yes! Contact our office to schedule a prenatal consultation to meet any of our providers and answer any questions.
We at Parsi Pediatrics accept all new patients. Please contact your insurance to make sure our office is in network with your insurance plan.
We at Parsi Pediatrics understand that your time is valuable. For this reason we welcome multiple sibling appointments when available. However, due to the comprehensiveness of a wellness exam, we ask that no more than 2 children are scheduled at one time. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
For your child’s first appointment, we ask that you bring your insurance card, driver’s license or ID, and an up-to-date vaccine record. For newborns, we also request for you to bring any paperwork the hospital gave to you. We also ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to fill out new patient paperwork and process your information into the system.
Yes, we at Parsi Pediatrics perform ear piercings. We ask that you please contact our office at 210-561-1551 for more information and to schedule an appointment.
We ask that you please visit the Centers for Disease Control website to determine which vaccines and medications are needed for traveling – schedule an appointment for a traveling consultation with our office if you have any questions
Office Policies
The providers and staff at Parsi Pediatrics strive to offer a medical home for all of our patients and their families. Our goal is to provide excellent medical care to maintain the health and wellness of our patients. We strongly support that all children and young adults should receive all recommended vaccines according to the guidelines provided by both the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). We would like to address any of the questions and concerns you have regarding vaccines.
Parsi Pediatrics requests that all follow-up, wellness, and sports physical appointments are cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
Our providers service patients up to the age of 18 or senior year of high school. After that we transition care to the Family Practice provider of the patient’s choice.
